Billing lifecycle, trials & data export

CuspFlow is designed so you're never cut off abruptly and your data is always yours. Here's the full lifecycle.

The free trial

Every new clinic starts with a fully-featured 30-day free trial — the entire platform, no credit card required. You only add payment details when you're ready to subscribe. During the trial you can add as many staff as you like; you'll choose a plan as the trial ends.

If a payment lapses

If a payment fails, you aren't locked out straight away:

1. Quiet retries. Everything keeps working while the card is retried, and only the Owner and Administrator see a discreet notice.
2. View-only window. If it still fails, the clinic enters a 60-day view-only window. Every record stays readable and fully exportable, but new appointments, charting, uploads and checkout pause until billing is fixed.
3. Reactivate any time. Fixing billing restores everything instantly, including any locked staff.
4. Final deletion. Only if nobody returns within those 60 days is the data finally deleted — with reminders sent along the way.

Export all your data — free, any time

At any point, Settings → Billing offers a free, complete export of everything: patients, medical history, appointments, treatment plans, billing and payments. There are no restrictions and no need to ask. During a view-only window the same full export stays available, so you can always take your data with you.

Security & privacy

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each clinic's data is completely isolated from every other clinic. CuspFlow follows HIPAA-aligned security practices. See the FAQ for more.
