Orthodontics tracking

Orthodontic treatment runs over many months, so it's tracked separately from a single visit. Ortho cases live on the patient's profile, giving you a running view of where each patient is in their course of treatment.

Case types

CuspFlow tracks the two common approaches:

• Fixed braces — record the bracket system and type, and the current wire in the sequence.
• Clear aligners — record the aligner brand, the current stage and the total number of stages.

Tracking progress

Each ortho case records:

• Status — Active, On Hold, Completed or Discontinued.
• Start date and estimated end date.
• Progress notes you add over time.

Because the case sits on the patient's profile, anyone reviewing that patient can see their orthodontic history at a glance alongside their treatment plans and medical history.
