Treatment & note templates
Save reusable treatment and clinical-note templates so common cases can be charted in a few clicks.
Templates save your team from re-typing the same things every day. CuspFlow has two kinds, both configured under Settings.
Treatment templates
A treatment template pre-populates a set of procedures (and their details) for a common case — for example a routine check-up and clean, or a standard extraction. When you start a treatment plan, load the template and the items are added for you, ready to adjust.
Manage these under Settings → Treatment Templates.
Note templates
A note template is a reusable clinical note, typically in SOAP format (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan). Insert one into a treatment plan's notes and edit from there, instead of writing every note from scratch.
Manage these under Settings → Note Templates.
Why use them
- Consistency — every clinician documents the same case the same way.
- Speed — routine visits are charted in a few clicks.
- Accuracy — less re-typing means fewer mistakes.
Templates only ever pre-fill content — you're always free to change anything before saving.
