Attendance & time tracking

Attendance tracks when staff are working. It feeds hourly pay in payroll and gives managers a clear picture of hours worked. Find it under HR → Attendance.

Clocking in and out

Staff clock in and clock out, and CuspFlow records the timestamp and branch each time. For anyone still clocked in, the screen shows their live elapsed time.

Hours and reporting

• CuspFlow computes hours from each clock-in/clock-out pair.
• The attendance report totals hours per staff member over a date range you choose.

Because hourly pay in payroll draws on these records, keeping attendance accurate means pay runs are accurate too. Depending on your clinic's setup, administrators can adjust records where needed.
