Choosing & managing your subscription

CuspFlow is sold as a subscription, and you manage it yourself under Settings → Billing. Every plan includes every feature — plans differ only by how many staff seats and how much storage they include, plus how many branches they cover.

Annual billing saves roughly 20% versus monthly. Subscriptions are billed in USD. (Your patient-facing invoices and receipts always use your own clinic currency — only the CuspFlow subscription itself is in USD.)

Add-ons

Need a bit more without changing plans? Add capacity that's billed alongside your subscription:

• Additional staff seat — $12/mo each. Add or remove any time.
• Storage block (50 GB) — $10/mo each. Stack as many as you need.

Adding recurring capacity is charged only for the days left in the current period; removing it takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

Seats and storage

• A seat is a staff login. During your trial you can add as many staff as you like; if you then pick a plan with fewer seats than you have logins, nobody is deleted — the most recently added logins are locked and you choose who to keep. Freeing a seat (deactivating someone, buying a seat, or upgrading) releases a locked colleague immediately. The Owner is never locked out.
• Storage works the other way: because stored files cost money every month, you can't drop to a plan (or remove a storage block) that holds less than the files you already have. CuspFlow refuses the change and shows the actual numbers so you can free space first. Clinical files are never deleted automatically.

• See your current plan and next billing date.
• Watch usage meters for seats and storage.
• Change plan or switch between monthly and annual billing.
• Adjust add-on quantities.
• View and download your invoice history.
• Enter a promo code.
• Open the secure billing portal to manage your card details.
• Export all your data at any time.

Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like and your data moves with you — nothing is lost. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
